NO PLACE FOR A KID

“The film unfolds after a devastating pandemic wipes out most of the population. Lola, now alone, grapples with memories of her late wife, Jess. Before the pandemic, Jess had hoped Lola would bear their child, but Lola, consumed by a career-driven and alcoholic lifestyle, hesitated.

In the post-pandemic world, Lola seeks companionship rather than solely focusing on repopulation. Despite being matched with Pete through a repopulation program, Lola's primary aim is finding solace and connection in a world shattered by loss. Throughout the film, she confronts regrets and a sense of aimlessness. Yet, her time with Pete gradually leads her to rediscover a sense of purpose, steering her toward motherhood. But is it to late?”
